The Gathering Cass County, Inc

  Hey Everyone! Let's get together and fill our treat cups!  We need YOU to help us on June 29th or July 13th to help us fill little cups for our tent give outs!  We will have a station set up for just this activity in our back room of the church!  Please come to 1607 Hazel St. between 10am & 6pm as a group or couple or friends fun or just yourself.  We have 2500 cups to fill!  4/27/2026 The Gathering – Community Meal Program Meeting Minutes Update At our recent meeting, we had a productive and encouraging discussion as we continue growing The Gathering and strengthening our mission to serve Cass County. We as official Directors Signed our Officer positions and waivers plus finalized our By Laws for The Gathering Cass County, Inc. official status and to secure the future of our mission for a long time. We went over our Release of Liability forms for our Drivers and Volunteers to hold us not responsible. Our menu's were planned for the next 2 meals. We chose not to have July 27th meal date as that is the same date as our Fair week and we want to ensure everyone supports our young farmers and members of the fair. We discussed a few fundraising opportunities offered and chose to focus on the one we are planning for on October 3rd. We are so excited about this event!
